A Bluefin tuna seized 881-poundtuna was caught by a fisherman in but yet the fisherman could owe the fish which he caught with his crew, the authority claimed the tuna. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has been published the specific regulation about Bluefin tuna and about the way to catch the fish in their site. It was surprisingly to know that a bottom field fish like tuna could be trapped in a trawl net which is considered by the NOAA to be irresponsible if the people take it away. The 881-pound tuna is regulated by the rule of observation and this kind of fish cannot be caught without permission.
It’s been like a dramatically story when Carlos Rafael the Massachusetts fisherman who found the 881-pound tuna trapped in his net while he was just setting out to the sea. He did never guest if that day there would be an 881-pound tuna, even it is Bluefin dropped in his ship. However his cheers might not last longer because the Bluefin 881-pound tuna was taken by law as NOAA found it.
The happen has been under investigation now. The case is about the method and the fisherman’s reason about catching the fish. Rafael confirmed that his crew and he were using the net when he was pulling up the fish from the sea. The size which reached 881-pound tuna made the process went uncommonly as usual. Before pulling up the giant 881-pound tuna, Rafael should have a permission to catch the tuna fish due to the federal fishery enforcement took over the 881-pound tuna by the time Rafael’s ship ported in returning. Rafael seemed responsible for what he did and clearly gave the information about how could a deep sea bottom tuna could appear in the mid depth of sea and crawling in his net. He said that when he just wanted to start his sailing as usual, in the middle of shipping, when his trawl net got into water a tuna in giant size looped in the net. By taking the chance to find the giant 881-pound tuna, Rafael and the crew did not want to lose it. Rafael correctly said that he used the trawl net because at first he did not intend to get 881-pound tuna. As the tuna was trapped inadvertently in his net that forbidden by the federal government. The fishermen can not use net to catch it due to the regulation which allows only a rod and reel.
While the enforcement claimed about the permission which is not belonging to Rafael, the fisherman also denied that he intentionally caught the fish. It’s been likely happening. But the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration division keeps doing the investigation due to the 881-pound tuna that attracted a lot of public attention. The agents took over it and held the account to sale the fish according to NOAA. And if they find that there was violation in the case, the money will be contributed into forfeiture funds.
In order to not taking about the money, the fisherman, Rafael did not mind about the decision of the enforcement division who took over the fish he caught. The rule says is what they should obey. And a little ridiculous question about why it should happen when the fisherman doesn’t have permission to catch the fish. If he does, it might be the record of catching tuna fish in giant size. He’s just had a bad and lucky day.881-pound Bluefin Tuna
